Hades got his nickname from the Roman God Pluto. He also got the nickname because he lives in the underworld where all of the minerals and riches and jewels are all under the ground. And the other reason he was named after Pluto is because he is the Roman God of riches and wealth.

Hades and the other Gods got all they needed to defeat their father Cronus, and destroy the other Titans. Hades wore helmet to distract Cronus, Zeus hit him with his lightning bolt and Poseidon stabbed him with his trident. He also got a magic cloak that he uses to sneak around and out of the underworld.

Hades is the second oldest son Cronus and Rhea, first is Poseidon then the youngest Zeus. Zeus is the reason that they are all saved, because his mother sent him away and came up with a plan to get Cronus to spit out all of her children back out beforethey all died. So when Cronus went to eat Zeus Rhea told him that it was a rock and it made him spit the rest of the children out. Cronus swallowed all of his children so they couldn't fulfill their destiny.

Persephone is married to Hades because he tricked her using a pomegranate, that she ate from the Underworld. Hades tricked her to stay in the Underworld because he was lonely and wanted to spend his life with someone. But he asked permission of Zeus to marry Persephone. Hades and Zeus made a deal that half of the year Persephone had to stay in the Underworld and the other half of the year she was allowed on Mt. Olympus. so she could be with her mother Demeter.

Hades is the God of the Underworld because that is the lot that he drew. The underworld is made up of different parts Hades rules the underworld. but there is the part of Tarturus. In which is where all the souls go right after they die.
So now, Hades is not allowed on Mt. Olympus because he is frowned upon because Hades and Zeus don't get along very well. He is also the king of death but death itself is another God Thaontos.

Hades is the second oldest of the Greek Gods. But he is the only one who is not allowed on Mt. Olympus at all. Poseidon is the oldest and Zeus is the youngest. But Zeus is the ruler of Mt. Olympus not Hades, or Poseidon and they are both older than Zeus and basically else but Poseidon is the oldest so I don't get why he is not he ruler of the Gods. Zeus is the ruler because he came up with a plan to kill Cronus and save his brothers and sisters.

Only a few living people are allowed in the underworld they are Hades himself, Persephone his wife, and his loyal ferryman. Other wise you have to be dead and giving a proper burial. And their name is Erinneys, and they are dead spirits, and curses that have been found guilty, and are criminals. They are doomed to live with Hades forever which is along time since neither one of them can die.

To reach the underworld you must do many things and if not you cannot pass no matter what. But if you are Hades you don’t have to do anything but there is only one Hades in the entire world so you must follow the rules. And they are you must cross three rivers, Acheron, Lethe, and Styx. You have to drink water from the river of Lethe so that you forget everything about your past life, then to cross the last river Styx you must pay the ferryman one gold coin, or you are not allowed to cross to the underworld.

Hades is not ever allowed on Mt. Olympus because if he was then he would try to take over the entire Mountain and he would do what ever it takes no matter who it would hurt. If Hades was allowed on Mt. Olympus then it would be tragic and then there would be no need to have the underworld and the world just take over.

Hades was one of the greedest gods because he lived with dead people so all he wanted was to increase the number of dead people in which he ruled over . because all of his brothers and sisters are loved by all , Hades is loved by dead people. But he doesn’t really care because he is still in charge of people no matter if they are dead or alive.

The reason that I chose the colors purple and black for the heading is because they are both dark colors so they remind me of the Underworld because it is very dark and scary down there. Another reason that I chose it to be written that way is because the sparkles in it remind me of the jewels and minerals that are under the ground. The purple also reminds me of the jewel amethyst. I think the reason that I chose the black is because it reminds me so much of the King of the Underworld, Hades himself, because he is definitely not the brightest guy or God that someone could ever know. The reason I chose this music is because it is very dark and scary just like Hades himself. I chose the music because of the beats and suspense that you get from just listening from to the music it gets you ready for the rest of the page in which you don't know what is going to happen next. Which is good because you can't predict anything on this page.
